Shehu obtained his LLB from the University of Ilorin and BL from the Nigerian Law school, Lagos Campus. Shehu is an amiable legal practitioner, who has been active in the Firm’s Litigation and Corporate practice team. His practice areas include in particular Alternative, Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property, Banking and Finance, Oil and Gas law, Sport Law, corporate restructuring & insolvency.
Prior to Shehu’s admission into the Nigerian Bar, he was a member of the Student Representative Council of the Nigerian Law School, Lagos campus 2014/2015 and was awarded Finalist of the year by the Law Student Society of University of Ilorin in 2014. He is a member of the London Court of International Arbitration (Young International Arbitration Group), International Council for Commercial Arbitration (Young ICCA), Singpore International Arbitration Center (YSIAC), International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediator.
