Profile
Julianne is a graduate of Law from Ambrose Alli University in Edo State and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007 She did her NYSC programme with the State Ministry of Justice in Nassarawa State.
Julianne stated her legal practice career with Capital Chambers in Abuja in the area of Corporate Practice. She has since worked as a banking intern with the defunct Intercontinental Bank where she learned the rudiments of direct relationship management before proceeding to work as a Legal Officer and Human Capital Manager in a funds management Company in the city of Abuja.
Julianne’s determination to acquire valuable skills prompted her to register her private law practice in 2009 known as Lianne’s Legal Affair which afforded her the opportunity to act as Legal Adviser to a variety of organizations including Standard Form Construction Company, Hyundai Borehole Company Limited. Her work as a private Legal Practitioner afforded her the opportunity to engage in a variety of non litigation work including Company registrations, perfection of Conveyancing documents with the different Land registries, registration of Trade Marks and sale of properties in the Federal Capital Territory.
In 2013, Julianne served as the Legal Adviser and Company Secretary to LEADERSHIP Group Ltd; a group of companies spanning from Restaurant Franchise, Property Company, Advance Training Institute and News Print Company to name a few.
Currently, Julianne is an Associate with LAYONU & CO (SAN), and is in charge of managing the Abuja branch of the firm which has its head office in the city of Lagos.
